Anyways. Its just a matter of time. Physical copies of games arent going to be around for ever. It just makes no sense why they would remain.

Look at it this way, if EA sells 20M games across the PS4 and XB1 in a year. They would have need to make at least 25M physical copies of those games. Now if each disc including its packing and distribution to the store costs around $4/disc, that's $100M spent on discs in just the one year.

It's human nature to want tangible goods. Right now, digital and streaming are new and exciting for people but when the newness wears off, I suspect people will want something else.

Plus, you have to remember the business side of things. Since the beginning of time, companies have used new tech to increase sales when they grow stale. How the hell are you going to improve on Netflix and Apple Music? You can't. So I fully expect these companies to cook up ways in the future to get people to go back to physical or at least find ways to make it healthy again... when/if it becomes unhealthy.
