At the time? Mario 64. Hell, I didn't even like Yoshi's Island at first. It took about a year to appreciate it. However, if it comes to which one I'd rather play right now?
I have my 3DS and games with me right now. I feel like firing up Yoshi's Island (I'm an ambassador!) more than I do Super Mario 64 DS.
