As expected an awesome analysis from Gamexplain!
Z-Moves requiring a held item and the Pokemon knowing a move with same type as the Z-Move certainly help balance it, though the question still remains, just how much power will Z-Moves have. 150 would make it a bit too powerful me thinks, but since you have to commit quite a bit to it, 100 might not be good enough. I'm gonna bet on 120, not too high but still significantly ahead of moves like Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, etc.
