Nintendo own 32% Pokemon Company, they also own trademark of all pokemon names and all Pokemon games as well, any game be made under Pokemon name need agreement from Nintendo, say Nintendo have nothing to do with Pokemon are same as ask Pokemon come to ps4 lol
