Third party games on the Wii U were worthless since they usually either ran worse than on 360 or PS3, or lacked features or lacked DLC. Not to mention that even if the game was a good port, you wouldn't buy a Wii U when you could buy the game on 360 or PS3. That's the reason third party games on Wii U bombed. Had the Wii U had better specs or some decent gimmick, it would have been a different story.
The only third party games I have on Wii U are: Tekken Tag 2, Zombi U and Bayonetta 2 (if that counts). I only got Tekken because it was dirt cheap and had all DLC included, and I got Zombi U for cheap as well (I bought it this year).
