Warriors Orochi, Wonderful 101, COD: BO2, Assassins Creed III, the games you listed, Deus EX, Trine, Tekken Tag Tournament 2, and a few others added value to the console but were not system selling games.
I liked the thrid party titles I purchased on Wii U but I most definitely did not buy Wii U for third party titles.
