You have to pay to use PSVue, but it is a fully fledged TV service, so you can probably get rid of at least Sling TV if you subscribe to it. From what I've heard, it is basically a service similar to Dish TV, but a vastly superior selection of channels and programs. I've only heard good things about PSVue, but I haven't tried it myself, so I can't personally vouch for its quality.
EDIT: The Wii U has a good library of exclusives (though it is sorely lacking in 3rd party multiplats. It depends on what gamesyou want to play really. However the Wii U's multimedia capabilities are not as good as the PS4 or XBO's, so that might be an obstacle for you to get that.
