Its the megadrive rom version - allows you to save state and comes with the emulator itself which is disguised as "Sega Genesis/Megadrive Collection".

Thanks very much for the code Ktay and I'll have a check to see what the other 999mb of that install is, but I think considering it's eating 1/240th of my SSD this might be another time when I resort to piracy as convience over keeping that installed.

Seriously, is their emulator 999mb?
