no.... razers edge only has 1hour of battery life while gameing.
That would simply not be acceptable by a nintendo handheld.

Yeah, battery life is definitely a concern. Tegra X1 is a 15 watt chipset, double it's predecessor, Tegra K1. Tegra K1 powered the Shield Tablet, which had 3 hours of gaming battery life, which suggests that NX using Tegra X2 would only have 1.5 hours of gaming battery life, which is just not acceptable for a portable. That's one reason why I agree with the theory that Tegra X1 is just a placeholder in the NX dev kits until Tegra X2 is ready later this year. Tegra X2 is 16nm, so power consumption should be better than the Tegra X1, meaning longer battery life.

No its a 21-25watt chip.

To do 512 GFlops it uses more than 20watts of power.

A tegra X1 that is only allowed to use 15watts is a underclocked one, thats less powerfull than the one in the Shield tablets.

Theres been reviews of Nvidia Tegra Shields (the console), where they measured power consumption of them, they are over 20watts when you run a game on them.
