1) Silly rol. Anything that increases value is good. Having instant access to all of the Android based apps is a good thing. However, I would bet that Nintendo would do this through its own store vs using the Google Play Store. Think Amazon Fire separation. Thus Nintendo would collect the 30% of any $$ made via these apps.

2) I guess you have a point here. But I would say that in general costs for touch screens has decreased over the years since 2012.

You didn't answer the underlying question. Day 1?

Is Amazon's core business about selling their own video games? But the other flaw is that you highlight a 30% cut as something desirable when Nintendo's cut on their own software is much higher on top of generating much higher revenue with each purchase. Nevermind that Nintendo already gets a 30% cut from all the third party games that are sold on the eShop which, again, generate higher revenue with each transaction.

Regardless of what kind of suggestions you make, you always have to keep in mind what Nintendo's core business is and what their business motivations are. Having Android on their own platform does not align with Nintendo's goals. Even the Eurogamer rumor that you take as gospel as basis for this thread rules out Android on NX.

As for the question, no. Not Day 1. I knew the Wii U was a mess, so I didn't get it at launch either. Got it less than three months later at a discounted price. This rumored NX looks like a mess too, so I would handle it the same way.

Rol, assuming for a moment this rumor from Eurogamer is 100% true, what would be the worst aspect of the system in your opinion?
