I'll only respond to the greatest flaws of your OP.

1. Getting thousands of mobile games on NX (most of them being free downloads) is stupid, because Nintendo obviously wants to sell video games, be it packaged software or digitally from their eShop which features indie games as well as Virtual Console. While there is still the valid argument that Nintendo games are worth their price, having mobile games available on NX poses a very big risk of devaluing video games nonetheless.

2. The Wii U hasn't brought down costs of anything because it never got to the point of sustained mass production. This is why Nintendo didn't drop the price of the console, except for the $50 cut in September 2013. This fiscal year they plan to ship only 800k Wii Us which means that they do not intend to satisfy the remaining demand. This situation is already visible in Japan and will eventually catch up to the rest of the world.

1. Because having free mobile games on dedicated video game hardware is so stupid, I reiterate that it is damn stupid.

1) Silly rol. Anything that increases value is good. Having instant access to all of the Android based apps is a good thing. However, I would bet that Nintendo would do this through its own store vs using the Google Play Store. Think Amazon Fire separation. Thus Nintendo would collect the 30% of any $$ made via these apps.

2) I guess you have a point here. But I would say that in general costs for touch screens has decreased over the years since 2012.

You didn't answer the underlying question. Day 1?
