Of course it'll be on the PC. When the earliest working version was shown to some game review site guys, the only platform it was running on was the PC.
Anyway, I fully expect this to end up on the Wii as well. It's a 2d fighter, so there's no way it won't run if some of the eye candy is cut back, and the demand definitely exists.
