Going by this logic and "animal rights" that gorilla that got shot when it dragged the kid around should have been held responsible. If we are gonna treat them like they are as smart and have as many feelings as humans "and let them live their own lives" without "denying them that" then they need to be treated as such, meaning held responsible and all that.

Nope, going by this logic that gorilla never should have been in the zoo in the first place hence that kid wouldn't have been dragged around and it wouldn't have been shot.

Don't even start with me about the whole zoo thing buddy. Just don't. Educate yourself, trust me, it'll help you a lot.
