Of course. It'd just be too expensive for a handheld and too weak for a 2017 console :P

and this is one of the reasons why I think a hybrid wouldn't be a great idea unless it's only one of mulitple form factors for the NX.  People can talk about things like a docking system and detactable controllers but then you're starting to get to a level where things might get too complicated or too much of a hassle for the average person.
