Yeah, I've heard of some ridiculous cases in the US. I know that one case where someone won from getting their lap burned from hot coffee or something. I think it was McDonalds where that happened? There's probably more that happened before, so if it were to happen, chances are it could happen in the US the most. Some people can sue for the dumbest of reasons >_>;

I'm talking about US, but Brazil also have several ridiculous suits... and the responsability charges in US can be very strange if you look on how many different things manufacturers do to prevent themselves from being sued due to poor use of their products.
