Does Hunter x Hunter count since, knowing this particular mangaka, it may as well be cancelled since it will never be on a regular release schedule ever again?
On a different note, I decided to pick up Boku no Hero Academia where the anime ended. So 20 chapters in, which explains why it seems like so little happened in the anime up to the season end. If they had hit Stain in the anime, or even the Psuedo Sports Festival tournament, we would have seen much cooler stuff. Hell, being around chapter 60 and seeing Deku actually using One for All not to exclusively shatter his bones is truly refreshing.
That said, the series definitely suffers from issues of forgettable characters and otherwise ridiculously standard protagonist progression. It's hardly a shining star in its genre, but it's at least entertaining enough.

Mentioning Hunter x Hunter as an example of a canceled series made me chuckle. It gets put on hiatus a lot, doesn't it? At this rate, I wonder if the series will ever reach an end.. xD
Ugh, and I reeeally need to read Boku No Hero.. >_< Everyone here is getting up to speed on it.

Off teh top of my head for me it would have to be The Breaker/The Breaker:New Waves.....like where it ended I was in awe like oh wow this is about to be good then gone...I was like NOOOOOOOO how the heck does this even happen?
And then Witch Hunter comes to mind....I do not know if it has been cancelled but it has not been updated since freaking March!!!!
