Well, to be fair, the WiiU released as a console that was a little bit more powerful that a PS3, at a relatively high cost for what it is (300-350) and was hybrid-ish :P

What's the definition of expensive because I think $300+ when I think "Nintendo" and "expensive"?   I think she means it won't be $200-250 like the Wii. Nintendrones like Youtuber Shokio were hyping up the Wii U saying it would be up to par with 7th gen (it was) because Reggie hinted it would be expensive.  The Wii U is definitely expensive for what it offers even today,  No 3rd Party, No Blu-Ray Player, Barebones online, No HDD, ect.  If the NX has 3rd party and it's like $300-400 it still will fit my definition of expensive.  Nintendo consoles are rarely sold at a loss.  I've heard Nintendo fans bragging GC made more money off hardware than PS2.  I can't see it being sold for under $300.
