renting, and moving in less than a year ^^ Wall is painted white, I agree with you though, my friends' setup with the black bordered projector screen is so sexy.
Also, try to make sure your gaming room is cooled down !
Back on topic, I play in 1920x1080, the projector costs 750€. I think, if you want to wait for the cost of your dream tv to go down, a projector could be a nice solution. If like me, you're moving every year, it's also a space efficient solution for transport.
