Right here we have a video of a man laying on the ground saying that he is the carer of the autistic man next to him, some people think this is, as the title says a video of a man with his hands up on the ground being shot by the police but the actual video has absolutely no shooting in it whatsoever so are you suggesting that videos cannot be taken have context added to them? even the quote of what the officer says in the OP is taken from an account of a man in hospital after the fact, guy who is clearly going to be on some heavy painkillers regardless of the location of where he is shot, but again, context removed and it's now being taken as verbatim of what the cop said on here again.

Are you not aware of how editing works in the media or... well anywhere?
