Yeah, for some games/genres definitely.
I bought Hyperdimension Re;Birth 1 + 2 for PC first, because they were on sale and I expected the best version/resolution. After playing i for a bit i discovered that this kind of gameplay works much better for me on a handheld (f.e. grinding to level up while watching TV or on the go).
So I rebought them on Vita and have much more fun with them this way. Even the graphics look much sharper on the small Vita screen than on my PC monitor. The "1920x1080"-option on PC seems to be fake, it looks very upscaled.
I also like my Final Fantasy and Persona games much better on a handheld, I wished Final Fantasy XII would be ported to Vita.
