You take a piece of bread and butter both sides of it then you cut a small hole (big enough for an egg) in the middle of the bread. Throw the bread and the hole cutout onto a frying pan and start cooking it. Crack an egg and drop it in the middle where you created the hole. Let it cook on one side for a little and then flip (I suck at flipping reg fried eggs but with eggy in a hole it is pretty easy to flip a fried egg). I like to cook it to where it is still runny egg that way the runny oozes out onto the bread.

My sisters love making that actually!
