The shooting and I don't know statement are not recorded here from the cop, I mean... very little is actually shown in this video other than flashing of the news report being EXCLUSIVE.
A shitty situation but yeah don't take the victim saying what the cop said to be verbatim what the cop said as fact please, that'd just be silly.
