Both are important, but right now. Power. We know that there are games in the work, we also know that the console needs to be powerful to have full 3rd party dev support. A weak launch with more power wins over a strong launch with weak hardware. One has long terms sales because the system has longevity for developers to work with. The other is a short term success and then it's time for the developers to move on with the other more powerful consoles. Which have a much higher market base combined. Unfortunately that is the mentality of the gamers and that is where the money comes in for the developers. In no current world is the other option valid unless they plan a new console or upgrade within 2 years time.
