And the repeition of phrases is one thing.  The wholesale reproduction of entire passages is another.  And yes, people do say "quote" before quoting them in speech.

Seeing as in an earlier exchange with me this same poster attempted to shift focus away from the plagiarized speech and onto the "canidate who lies constantly" I would agree with your dubiousness.  Clear to see where the agenda with this one is.
