There are many problems with Facebook, but according to these numbers, lack of diversity most certainly isn't one of them. If there's something I'm overlooking, please enlighten me, but to me, the numbers seem really good for diversity.

That second one baffles me. "If people dont want to work in your company and show no effort for it, you have to make them interested."
