AM2R (Another Metroid 2 Remake) will possibly be completed in three weeks

I played one of the demos a while back, and it really is a very solid Metroid title. If Nintendo stuck it in a box and shipped it I doubt a lot of people would know the difference. I'm super excited to play the full game soon!
