I can't imagine this being from Sony. It's so damn poorly written with the typical amateur errors, like being cluttered with info on every row, rows stacked together, badly phrased sentences, separate lines that contain only "Etc", putting the "." before the ")" which looks really stupid, and starting every word with a capital letter lmao. 
And it gets worse at the end, the writer clearly being fatigued by then.
Official presentations are much more smooth.
