I have not seen any of the Starters. In a sense capturing rare Pokemon loses its excitement when they're pretty much for show. They should drop candy type and just make a general candy for leveling (even if they have raise number needed to power up) and save Candy types for evolution. Right now your encouraged to use Pidgeys,Zubats, and ekans because they're everywhere.
Btw how is it possible to have a Golbat with a CP of 3028!?
