UNBELIEVABLE - Im getting ready for work and I pop open Pokemon GO and to my surprise, there is a Charizard in the area!. So im like, "oh shit", I'm on my way out door. Charizard has a distance of 2 foot prints from my home, so hes a medium distance from me. I walk to the park area and it decrease to one! So I know I'm getting close. In my area there are 3 apartment complexes and a Rec center. So Im in the park and Charizard has gotta be somewhere! Im lookin and the foot prints keep increasing and decreasing so its hard to pinpoint him, but I notice I see like 10+ plus people coming from the complex behind me. Then I turn and see a storm of kids from young to teen to early adults running out of the rec center. Then in the other 2 apartment complexes people are hoping the fence to not have to take the long way around. I'm like "what the hell is going on?" then one of the kids that I know says "BRUH GET OFF MY CHARIZARD" holy shit! All these kids/adults are looking for Charizard
Nobody has caught the charizard yet, so there are like 30 people out there searching for this charizard. That is insane. We have teens out there that stopped a basketball game at the rec just to come catch this charizard. There are people out there that you wouldnt even guess were Pokemon fans.
I got stuck with a Bulbasaur because I has was having server issues which caused major lag. I didnt know that you could choose one of the 4 starters so I continued to play the game. I thought they randomly gave you one based on area... sucks, I want Charmander!. Apparently, it would not have mattered anyways because ya pretty much hit a brick wall with them or any rare Pokemon very early due to the silly leveling mechanics.
Has anybody yet to find any of the starters in the wild?
Where are the strangest places you found a Pokemon? - I got an egg from a jesus statue landmark and it hatched into a Gasly! wtf!?
