As for the people saying there is nothing wrong with this deal and type of advertising... why in the F do you guys think that WB are settling out of court with the FTC over this deal? Do you guys really think there is no foul play done here when WB wouldn't even waste their legal teams time trying to defend the action but settle instead? if it was so easy to defend that a forum post of "this is fine" would do it... surely their legal team could have overturned the FTC ruling then?
Edit - The settlement which was agreed to was not a money amount but more restrictions on WB advertising through avenues like Youtube and social media from here on, each breach of which will result in Civil Penalties https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/press-releases/2016/07/warner-bros-settles-ftc-charges-it-failed-adequately-disclose-it
