Interesting.

I'm actually attempting to breed a new evee right now, so that I'll be the OT (and I feel cheap raising a Pokemon with exp. bonuses, lol).

I'm not really sure how, though. Just drop off a male pokemon and the evee at the day care center and wait around awhile?
