A hair cut is a service you tip for. Regardless of who gives the cut, it's still a service that you tip for. Now I want to know why when your at a bar, your supposed to tip the bartender. All they do is turn around to grab the drink. Considering the 500% markup on beer prices, why should we have to tip the person who'se already making a hell of a lot more than we are? This question doesn't apply to waiters of course.
