Is not a 10%, they own 1/3 of the Pokemon Company, they also own another company that owns a part of the pokemon company and they have also invested in Niantic. They're probably getting a 25 -30% or more.

In total, Nintendo owns 43% of Pokemon (this is insider data that I probably shouldn't be sharing, haha).

So:

30% Apple

30% Niantic

30% Pokemon -> 13% Nintendo

10% Nintendo

Nintendo gets 23% of the revenues from Pokemon Go, excluding dividends from their investment in Niantic.
