Obviously they need powerful hardware to improve their games technically, but they don't need to have the best specs of the market to deliver the best games of the generation. That's what i think most people are saying.

Or one even most beautiful games, Eurogamer for instance in 2015. said that Mario Kart is most beautiful game this gen till date. This Zelda also even tehnicaly is far behind XB1/PS4 games, looking great.
