I should really read the article, probably will after this... actually I did read the article to understand it but I don't remember key talking points; so I'll read it again... but:
As I'm sure someone else mentioned she's (pardon my french) or would be bitch slapping the gaming journalists in their face by using their own wording to define the userbase of the party/casual console while being able to say to vanguard investors - "we are ready to go for the next market."
It's a battle of semantics and I believe even malstrom (paraphrasing him) nintendo doesn't speak in that language. (All japanese jokes aside.)
Actually if she did actually say or made a floating point around hardcore gamers being on the Wii, theirs actually a whole list of people that got slapped and hard, if Microsoft understood this the way I think it's mean't they would take 2 steps back instead of their 1 step forward; but what do I know >.>.. oh and for the record Microsoft's marketers were on the top of that list that got slapped.
