It's kind of odd because I feel like Pokemon has managed to become a fad again. Obviously Pokemon has a huge fan base, but back in the late 90s litterally everyone was playing Pokemon. Pokemon Go has managed to recapture that, but I don't think the success of Pokemon Go is sustainable. Like all fads, this one will eventually die.
