eh, I don't know much about the South American teams, just that Brazil were poor at the Copa America and the World Cup (thrashed 7-1 by Germany )

At the very least Argentina have made finals so should be put above them, as should Chile who have not only made finals but won them as well.

Brazil did lose two of their most important players in the quarter final though. Who knows what the outcome had been if Brazil had had Neymar and Silva.
