If IU can come out in the US and Japan on the same day, I don't see why DQIX couldn't. Then again, it is possible for IU to be delayed but still...

 

IU is completely funded by Microsoft and acquiesces to their release demands.

How does IU getting funded by Microsoft assure that the game is released in Japan and America on the same Day?
