Its actually from Capcom VS SNK 2 - it happens when Mai is fighting Chun Li in a round.

I LOVE Capcom VS SNK 2 - should play it again.

Ohhhh.  I didn't even know about this.  Boy was I off lol.

I remember playing this game but only for a bit and I stuck with the capcom characters.
