Actually cops are prosecuted, each time there is a shooting their is an investegation by the IA and the DA and they do bring quite a few into court and when they are found guilty they are sent to prison, or if they are found that they weren't totally guilty but used excessive force they are fired, which opens them up to civil lawsuits. The process takes time though, like almost all court cases do. But do to the quanty of over saturation of information and imformation that that has been tampered with. (The are a lot of videos that make the cops/criminal look bad but it has been edited to fit the purposes of the poster to drum up support for their views.
