Of course, some of them would need to be a mod on a trial basis to test the waters.I'm serious. I believe that the mod team should represent various perspectives and have different personalities. If they are too similar to each other in perspective and in personality, things will likely be overlooked or not given voice to. For example, if all of the mods are console gamers, they wouldn't see why certain opinions or terms might be considered flaming or bait to pc gamers. It's difficult to predict how a person might act as a mod but then again being a mod is not a life long position, they can be let go just as quickly as they are brought into that position.
To be perfectly honest, several of them I've clashed with on more than one occasion and i don't really get along with a few of 'em on certain topics. I think the users I listed would be a decent fit as a member of the mod team though.
