You and me have gone through the same dance the other week, I know why you showed up to this thread, the reports won't do anything. You may as well tell me that nothing I say matters, it's more honest than to say "report and I'll do something about it".
The last few threads on PC worked out exactly like this and they always ended up getting locked rather than dealing with the bad apples that are sullying the thread itself, it's very weird how there are evasions to dealing with the folk causing issues than the thread itself.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
