A good PC provides better performance and therefore a better gaming experience. Still a PC doesn't have the accessibility and AAA exclusive support of consoles so they have a rightful place in the market. Besides the console market has many fans as does pc, without any of the consoles the market wI'll face another crisis since most people above 20 which haven't switched to pc never will.

Gaming experience includes which games you can play and how comfortably you can play them. While PC plays games at higher settings, that's not all of the experience.

90% of the library which is worthwhile for pc and consoles is shared. For those third party games and console exclusives which also launch om pc, a good pc offers better performance, thus a better experience. But as I listed in my cons the PC exclusives, while there are more they usually don't come close in therms of ambition compared to halo 5, Uncharted 4, zelda etc.

You could hookup your pc to your TV and when you improvise a bit pc gaming can be quite comfortable. But it is in general less accessible than console gaming, but once you are playing you don't bother with that.

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar
