Microsoft is making a move that is good for both consumers and Devs, yet you want Sony to ignore the olive branch because it could make their lead slightly less outstanding. People have to buy consoles they might not want just to play a game they both have just become of some ass-backwards policy, and you want that to stay? You want multiplayer communities to stay artificially segregated? I genuinely don't understand people like you. |
The communities are not artificially segregated. The concept of something being artificial would come after the replication or destruction of the true nature of things( thus being replaced by a man made substitute. Microsoft only cares about consoles as a measure of expanding their os. There would be little benefit to Sony strategically from this. What makes consoles special is that they have their own rules opposed to PC. PC is the only true and open place where online is not segregated, regardless of brand under Windows.
