It's odd that Mexico usually isn't the first or one of the fist Spanish speaking markets where the big US studios release their major releases.  Besides the US and Canada only Brazil is a bigger market then Mexico when it comes to potential box office revenue in the Americas.  But since the revenue of the US and Canada is always lumped together there is actually no way of knowing of how big a market actually is when it comes to box office revenue.

You mean, you don't know how big the Canadian market is? It's fair to estimate that the size of the Canadian market is around 10% the size of the US market, and this hold's true for most things.
