Of all the big third party games on PS4 and X1 name how many are coming to Wii U scaled down,, many games aren't even releasing on PS3 and 360 at this point.
1.6m sales of the GC version means that TP wasn't an incentive to get the Wii for 1.6M, keypoint is the word incentive, Nintendo will want 3D mario to be a big incentive. Being on NX only means that anyone who wants to play it has to buy an NX, if Zelda BOTW wasn't already commited as a Wii U game the wouldn't be a Wii U version of that game either.
