At Steam and GOG, there are games that reach 60, 75 and even 80% off sales (I would like to link an example, but the Steam Sales have just ended). And that's without mentioning that the starting price of games tends to be a bit cheaper on PC.

And don't even bring BC to a discussion between console vs PC. It won't end well for you.

Those sales do sound good but were those for games that people actually care about or small indies/niche games?
