I tried, and failed on the end of the third paragraph, fast scan at the rest, from the sounds of it you want to invest in a decent chair and table setup so you can put your mouse and keyboard on it, I would advise asking for help on a furniture board as to what table to buy.
Don't bother with gaming laptops though, a pit for money and at the end of the day a waste of time if you want 4k visuals that isn't the way to go, I mean... just from screen size it would be pointless.
