Are you sure? Don't you also need Minerva's Den, the DLC for Bioshock 2?

According to Steam, I also have Minerva's Den:

If I remember correctly, you get that DLC for free when you redeem the retail version of BioShock 2 at Steam (just enter the reg key of the retail version in Steam), because they moved their DRM from GfWL to SteamWorks.
