1. It's him reliving the loss of his parents and then finding strength in what he fears (how was that not clear?) though I agree that it didn't really need to be in the movie.

2. Because Superman didn't know that, and/or it was only recently that Batman started to go ape shit on everyone.

3. Who on earth knows.

4. Did you not see Man of Steel? Or ever read or see anything about Superman ever? It makes them weaker because it from their home planet, where they are just normal/very killable beings. Plus, Superman isn't used to that environment, so it effects him even more.

5. Because...plot? I guess?

6. God I hope so.

7. By this point in the film, Lex is under the control of Darkseid. Though that isn't totally clear in the theatrical release of the film.

8. Lex doesn't actually bring Doomsday to life until he realizes that Batman failed...

9. Because data is something much more likely to be stolen digitally that by some asshole literally walking in a taking it? I also assume that his digital security would have been much too difficult to bypass for most people who aren't god damn Batman.

10. Because the ship told him how? Because the ship was literally designed to make life? Doomsday is made by mixing the body or Zod with DNA from a human, as explained in the movie...

11. Because he healed almost right after she cut off his hand. Not terribly helpful.

12. Because he needed to give Doomsday something to attack that wasn't a city full soft, squishy, human beings? So he led him to the abandoned Gotham Sea Port.

13. Yes, a nuke can explode in space. But no, it doesn't make any sense as to why it didn't just push him out farther.

14. Because Lex already knows who she is and invited her, and she wanted to find a way to get his files on her.

15. Another thing that isn't very well explained in the theatrical release, but is in the extended version.

16. Because people assume that Superman doesn't have a secret identity. He doesn't wear a mask, and he's god damn Superman. Also because comics.

I have a question for you now. Did you actually pay attention to the movie when you watched it? Because at least half of those are explained.
